Business Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services provided by our computer shop in Sri Lanka. By purchasing products or obtaining services from us, customers agree to comply with these terms.

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the time of purchase. Full payment must be made before the delivery or collection of goods. We accept cash, card payments, bank transfers, and other locally approved payment methods.

Warranty for products is provided strictly according to the manufacturer or authorized distributor’s warranty policy. The shop is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, power fluctuations, lightning, liquid spills, unauthorized repairs, or software-related issues. Used, clearance, and custom-built systems may have limited warranty coverage, which will be clearly communicated at the time of sale.

Customers submitting devices for repair or service are responsible for backing up their data. The shop will not be liable for any loss of data during diagnostics, repairs, or software installations. Estimated repair timelines may vary depending on parts availability and technical complexity.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with the shop’s Return Policy and applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection laws. The shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued business with us indicates acceptance of these terms.
