Our computer shop is committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Customers may return purchased items within the product warranty period, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt and packaging.
Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or items damaged at the time of purchase. Software products, operating systems, downloadable items, and licensed products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or activated.
Cables, adapters, and similar accessories can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the receipt.
If approved, the customer may choose a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not provided. All returns are subject to inspection and management approval.
